Jen Strauss
Narrative Coaching is the act of using a Narrative Process to help clients harness the power of story to achieve their goals.
Jen Strauss brings over 30 years of teaching, training, speaking and facilitating experience to her unique brand of Narrative Coaching.
For clients who wish to delve deeper into the Narrative Process, Jen offers workshops, residencies, training and coaching specifically designed to help you use the power of story to achieve your educational, organizational, entrepreneurial or individual goals.
What is Narrative Coaching?
Clients are always amazed that one specific prompt will solicit a plethora of stories. The truth is, our brains are hard-wired to create and process stories.
Story or narrative is our universal human language. We all use story to define and share significant life events that have influenced our choices and determined our future.
Since storytelling is our first language, Jen initially created the Turning Points Narrative Process to help students use storytelling to embrace reading and writing. It worked. To serve a variety of clients, Jen went on to create a unique brand of Narrative Coaching.
After years of development, Jen now offers her Turning Points Narrative Process to provide clients with tools they can use to better communicate, educate, train, lead, guide, inspire, sell, serve, write, navigate life transitions or establish and execute future goals.
